How our sessions will work

  • Initial Consultation

    This session will be an opportunity for us to discuss your health concerns and identify your goals. During this consultation I will assess your current wellness and your health history. It will be a 90-minute face to face session, where I gather as much information as possible about symptoms in every system of the body, your diet, physical activity, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing to help me piece together the full picture I need to support you on your health journey. Together we will agree a loose plan and you will leave with some actionable steps.

  • Action Plan

    At our next meeting, we will review your first steps and either modify or add further steps to the plan as required. This will be a collaborative process involving education from me when necessary and commitment from you to make the changes we have identified. It may suit you to meet weekly or you may prefer to meet every other week to give you more time to implement the changes. Whichever schedule you choose, you can still message me in between our meetings if you have any questions.

  • Support

    I will be on hand to motivate, offer encouragement, empathy and understanding throughout this journey. I will help you overcome the barriers that get in the way of you developing healthy habits and keep you accountable. You will gain the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to make healthy choices on your own.
